Depending how the crypto-market develops, I'm expecting FIL will breakout. FIL seems to have a strong base of support, tested multiple times. Now it's slowly moving to the line of resistanceHhmm. if and when FILhit (and break) the line of resistance will depends mostly how BTC(.D) develops..
