The indicated candles are great examples to locate weak supply zones. As we see, these topping candles with locally high volume pinpoint supply areas where sellers are entering the market. The fact however that there is no real follow-up volume behind the supply is suggesting no real selling pressure or change in trend. These candles are important to watch, as their upwards breach is usually a reliable signal of trend continuation.

When price retraces to the mean following a deviation, and the mean reversion happens with a hidden bullish divergence, we can expect with a reasonable chance the continuation of the underlying trend.

Bitcoin is currently in a sideways channel which could be a very bullish sign in the mid-term. A nice consolidation around the previous ATH level would shake out weak hands and would provide us with a proper base for the moonrun later during the year. On immediate market structure: last week's point of control has been the level of 64k. If we get a pullback from the top of the channel, I see this 64k as a reasonable target for such downmove. It is important to note that if we get a pullback to 64k and we get a bounce from there that would not be bearish, to the contrary, it would provide us with a higher low in the immediate swing trend. We are several hours away from closing a very strong week on the Bitcoin market. Prices have returned to the "sell the news" levels, wiping away all the negative comments around the spot ETF launches on the US markets. Consensio trend following system is currently indicating a 8/9 position size, and confident investors may also consider the weekly chart as a 3/3 therewith allocating a full 9/9 to the Bitcoin market. The consensio trend structure is Long3 on all of the 1D/3D/1W timeframes which is an indication of a solid and intact uptrend. Weekly RSI is looking amazing, staying safely in the bullish zone above 66. Volume could be a bit higher to stay above average but hey, we can not ask for anything, can we? Onwards!

More than 300 Million dollars worth of margin contracts have been opened on the BTC market during the weekend low-volume period. Daytraders are again taking up positions with insane leverage on a weekend market. Business as usual. Let's hope that most of these margin positions are shorts with high leverage and tight liquidation levels. I can not imagine a better fuel for an other leg up. My intraday moving averages have flipped bearish. A retest of the daily POC with an upwards deviation of the StochRSI could provide a nice short scalp - targeting the previous high volume level as indicated with the grey box.

The consensio moving averages are indicating a short trend, and I see a clear liquidity cluster around 27.8k which could be a great target area. Using the closest upside liquidation cluster as an SL, the R:R could almost be 1:2
