This shift is part of the broader fiscal cycle, tracked by the WTREGEN indicator, which strongly influences market liquidity and, consequently, crypto performance. 📍 At the same time, stress is visible in repo (Overnight Repurchase Agreements), signaling temporary funding pressure within short-term money markets. This often precedes interventions aimed at restoring stability. 💡 The base scenario remains that the shutdown will likely end shortly after mid-November, which should relieve pressure and act as a short-term positive for risk assets, including Bitcoin and altcoins.
