Will BTC follow the most obvious path towards 23k on the next upswing inside this bull pennant?

BTC is trading inside a classic bear-flag pattern and rejected the top resistance of $22.5k. Based on this and the weakness in overall financial markets, technical indicators suggest that BTC would continue falling. However, in recent hours it appears that BTC has bounced off the top of the triangle pattern, which is confirmed by looking at the 1h RSI indicator. I'm guessing the bounce will continue upward. What do you think?
