Oh boy.... I don't typically trade short I feel like I'm betting against my investments but I think this needs to be said .... XRP had a beautiful price spike yesterday if you got in and snagged it, yay you, enjoy your bag 💰 Upon analyze charts this morning I'm seeing some disturbing bearishness upon us. But with all the crazy price action yesterday I think it needs to cool so we can move forward and sustain new highs. Support Levels:The immediate support level lies around 2.3873. A break below this level could trigger further downside. The next significant support level is around 2.3154.Moving Averages:The 20-period and 50-period moving averages are sloping downwards. If the price continues to decline and breaks below these moving averages, it could signal further bearish momentum.Bollinger Bands:The price is currently trading below the lower Bollinger Band. If the price remains below this band for an extended period, it could indicate a continuation of the bearish trend.Overall Market Sentiment: A bearish sentiment in the broader cryptocurrency market could exacerbate the decline in XRP.Personally I have a short order triggering at $2.4850 with a STOP loss set at 5.52 and a take profit at $2.30, $2.25, and $2. Currently looking at shorter time frames, 1M-4hr. I'm seeing some patterns. OBV indicators are showing: 🚨 General Trend: The OBV line has been generally rising since just after 10am, even before the golden cross appeared on the 1min chart. This is a positive sign, suggesting increasing buying pressure leading up to and following the crossover. 🚨 Confirmation of the Golden Cross: The OBV continues to rise after the golden cross, further supporting the idea of a potential bullish reversal. 🚨 Recent Dip: There's a slight dip in the OBV around 10:30, corresponding to a small pullback in price. However, the OBV remains above its previous lows, suggesting the buying pressure is still relatively strong. VWAP🥳 🚨 Price above VWAP: The price is currently trading above the VWAP, which is a bullish indication. It suggests that buyers are willing to pay more than the average price for SEI. 🚨VWAP Direction: The VWAP is also sloping upwards, further supporting the potential for a bullish trend. Combining with Previous Analysis: 🚨Golden Cross: The rising OBV and price trading above the VWAP add further confirmation to the bullish signal generated by the golden cross. 🚨 Hammer: While the hammer occurred before the golden cross, the subsequent OBV and VWAP movements support the idea that buying pressure was increasing even before the crossover. 🚨 Downtrend Context: The rising OBV and price above VWAP are particularly encouraging given the 21-day downtrend. Chart pattern shows an incredible HNS targeted over $1 on the daily charts. Targets anywhere from $0.60 to $0.70, to $0.85, and for Christmas Eve im feeling a BFP over $1. This one is pretty much sky's the limit imo especially looking at the bigger picture 4hrs-1Month. Looks real good. RSI is in the toilet. So ready for some Christmas magic 🪄 Agree or disagree all good. These are my ideas 💡
