Hello dear who is reading this text now; It looks that FIL/USDT has made a clear and good Flag pattern. If it breaks out upward that would be a good justification for a bullish trend. If you want to open a position, the best time is when this happens. If you don't know what a flag pattern is, you can have a target equal to the flagpole and the stop loss would be bottom of the flagpole.
