This zone is significant because every time price has tapped into it, we have seen a slowdown in bearish momentum. If the market can break out of this zone with a strong bullish candle, it would signal the first step toward a potential short-term trend shift inside the channel. A confirmed breakout will be the main trigger for this long setup. Once price closes above the zone and shows continuation, buyers may gain enough strength to push toward the higher resistance levels inside the channel. Patience is important here to avoid fake moves, as downward channels often create false spikes before the real breakout.
