It could easily dip back below the neckline a tie or two before it validates the breakout but definitely getting closer to doing so. Target is around 40-41cents. *not financial advice*In correcting back below the ottom necklien where it has it is now also caused a slightly higher inverse h&s neckline to enter the picture as well. Double bottom still very much in play too though
