PA is approaching TOP OF RANGE again It it get rejected, it is another LOWER HIGH that may lead to another LOWER LOW If we break through, we may watch a higher high but we need to see if we get a Higher Low afterwards to confirm change of Trend The Falling channel has a number of boundaries. PA has the ability to move higher. This appears to be a Bullish move for now. So we need to wait till month end.
