FIRST, let's understand what PO3 (Power of Three) is. Po3: Price Action based smart money concept. It consists of 3 phases respectively. These; Accumulation Phase: The price movement creates a range within itself, with a low volume and low rate movement, without any upward or downward trend. It is called horizontal compression in a range. Manipulation Phase: Smart money is the phase where market makers use their influence to move prices in the desired direction. Essentially, by excluding small investors from the game and not putting a burden on them; A deviation area is created in the price movement, and after individual traders are stopped, the price leaves the area with an expansion movement. Distribution Phase: Smart money refers to the phase of a market cycle where market makers sell their positions and distribute them to small investors. When we look at the PEPE chart, we see that the first two stages are formed very well. It is as if the Manipulation Phase in the yellow box has been completed and preparations for the third phase have begun. Of course, there is no such thing as a 100% chance of this happening. If the price breaks the yellow box up, this confirmation will not work.
