ETH finally on the move. Test of prior ATH for a pull back to setup a C&H for the eventual break to 5k+?Will depend alot on what ETHBTC does. Needs to get over the weekly EMA resistance and setup trend change for noticeable follow through. Will probably need to align with BTC.D setting up a weekly downtrend
