Institutions that target (believe) above 60K may not make large purchases without killing the open longs (which they target) that are in the rising trend trend as of the beginning of 2023. If I were a whale, I would do the same. For example, I would make a 2B taker sell at the level I set my sights on, and with the support of those waiting in long positions (long stop/liq=sell), I would achieve a 4-5B price movement. Then I would scrape the bottom.
