In my previous trade idea on GOLD, I said the market would keep trading higher into a Premium Swing High. But here is the reason why Price(THE MARKET) traded higher. Prior to creating a Swing High, the price was in a Discount Array. Price then created a Fair Value Gap on its way to creating that Swing High, Keep In Mind that this very Swing High is where our Take Profit is. After Price created the Swing High it traded back to the Fair Value Gap or Area of Inefficiency where our Buy Order is. The Market will always mitigate Areas of Inefficiency or Fair Value Gaps. Gold is currently approaching the Take Profit as anticipated. Price has Mitigated an important area in Price which is the Fair Value Gap. The Fair Value Gap is a bonus because it further solidifies our already determined idea that the Market will sweep the nearest Swing High which is where traders who would have gone short during the initial drop in Price would place their stops just above the Swing High which happens to be where the Market will reach Next. The Market is hunting for Stops above the 1Hour Swing Hour

We have seen Price create a swing high on the 1 Hour chart and we have also seen Price(The Market) trade away from the recent swing high and into a Discount Fair Value Gap. Price has then mitigated the Fair Value Gap and has started to trade away from that area of inefficiency and will continue being Bullish until the Swing High on 20,302. The Take Profit is at 20,302
