Ocean weekly chart was crossed with a falling volume candle. I don't know if it will give a pullback down, but I think it will go to ATH, buy-hold, if spot drops, add etc etc.

0.65 and 0.53 should be followed as support, the upper levels are briefly $1 and $1.70.
