China’s Yuan-Backed Stablecoins: China may allow yuan-backed stablecoins to boost global use, reversing its 2021 ban. A late August roadmap review targets cross-border trade, with Hong Kong and Shanghai as hubs, to be discussed at the SCO Summit. Technically, ETHUSD trades above the EMA20, trying to hold above this moving average. The MACD is in the green zone.
