Technical analysis by Off-The-Chart-CTC about Symbol ICP: Buy recommendation (1/3/2025)

I am waiting on a pullback to enter ICP as it leads the way with a good increase in volume that hasn't been reflected in most other coins despite their increase in price. Most coins I am seeing overbought signals on the 4 hour suggesting an opportunity for a pull back.For ICP, I am looking at buys at approx. 11.54 and 10.90 before we keep moving (VWAP's on 4 hr and Daily).TP's depend on how long you like to hold, Fib Level 1.618 is 23.04 for an optimistic target, most likely TP along the way to this.Limit Order hit at $11.54, can we get to $10.90?
