Price is below the neckline.Flag like structure trying to form at the end of the last leg down. A flag, if it is indeed a flag, is a neutral pattern unless a trendline is broken with a trend in that direction.I suppose a lot depends on the market this week.Target 1 has been met. This level could act as future resistance.No pocket pivot (footprint) noted at bottom of last leg down..Looks like a longer term short with rallies on the way to it's final destination.No recommendation.One thorn of experience is worth a wilderness of warnings.
