the momentum of the market on high wave cycle(HWC) is bearish and in medium wave cycle(MWC) its ranging but in LWC it was also ranging but it showed the first sign of short on 4H time frame. the USDT.D also confirm the short on 4H and we have a bearish HWC supporting the bearish market so i see the power is on sellers hands. with a acceptable stop loss and risk management i will open an short position. always remember to do risk management.
