#Jahrom 0407 ❇️ Notice of the final settlement of the futures of Ahram Fund (Jahram 0407) due in Mehr 1404 ◼️ To inform all the respected capital market activists, the important points regarding the final settlement of the futures contract on the units of Karisma-Ehrami equity investment fund (Lever) with maturity in Mehr 1404 (Jahram 0407) are as follows: 1) The timing of the final settlement of the securities futures contract is as follows: - Maturity date: Wednesday, October 30 1404 (07/30/1404) - The day of determining the priority of the settlement type: contract maturity - The time of cash settlement: The maturity of the contract - The time of physical settlement: The maturity of the contract 2) All open position holders (both buying and selling) must indicate their priority for physical settlement or cash settlement to the broker on the day of determining the priority of the settlement type (maturity) to announce the relevant 3) The priorities of the settlement type registered by the customer do not indicate the final implementation of the selected settlement type. 4) If the customer does not announce the type of settlement within the deadline mentioned in paragraph (2), the type of settlement will be determined by the Central Securities Depository and Funds Settlement Company in cash. 5) At the time of cash settlement, those holders of open positions whose type of settlement is determined as cash, as the case may be, must pay the difference between the last announced daily settlement price and the base price of the underlying asset plus the final settlement costs. 6) Carrying out the physical settlement process of the future contract for the holders of the open purchase position requires the provision of the market value of the future contract plus the final settlement costs, and for the holders of the resale position, it requires the existence of basic assets corresponding to the open positions in the ownership code of the holders of the resale position plus the final settlement costs, at the time specified in the contract specifications. 7) If at the time of physical settlement, any of the following situations occur, the future contract cannot be physically settled and it is considered a breach of obligations. Therefore, the contract is settled in cash and the defaulting party is required to pay the damages specified in the contract specifications to the other party:- Default of the open purchase position holder: the total amount of the contract value according to the daily settlement price at the time of physical settlement does not exist in the operational account of the open purchase position holder. - Default of the holder of the resale position: all or part of the pledged asset does not exist in the ownership code of the holder of the resale position. 8) Allocation method: proportional distribution. 9) The default penalty is equal to one-tenth percent (0.1%) of the market value of the contract based on the daily settlement price at the time of physical settlement.
