The central bank established a new capital market without a license. After the significant successes of the central bank in maintaining the value of the national currency, this bank has launched a self-organized organization with similar activities to the stock exchange organization, the commodity exchange company, financial institutions and market operators under the title of Iran's currency and gold exchange center. According to the regulations approved by the parliament, this type of activity is subject to the regulations of the stock market and requires permission from the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange. But just as the central bank does not recognize the price of the dollar, it has not recognized such regulations of the capital market. Currently, gold bullion is traded both in the mentioned center and in the commodity exchange. It is the first time in the country that the central bank attacks the capital market like this. The stock exchange organization, in line with its duties, only complains about cyberspace analysts for not having a license and expresses regret for this action without the Central Bank's license.
